1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 3 to 7 business days across Kuwait. The total estimated delivery time is 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).

2. What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT+03:00) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of KWD 20 and above qualify for free shipping. Orders below KWD 20 have a flat delivery charge of KWD 2.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

5. What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
Please verify your delivery address, check with neighbours or family, and contact the courier using your tracking number. If the package is officially declared lost, contact us with your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, and major debit/credit cards issued in Kuwait. All payments are processed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).

7. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted using secure SSL technology, and we do not store your card details.

8. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is new, unused, and in its original packaging.

9. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please contact us at info@dabasat.com or +965 6063 5763 with your order number to receive return authorization and instructions. A free return label is included in your package.

10. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
