Order Processing and Delivery Schedule

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email when your order has been delivered.

Orders of KWD 20 and above: Free shipping

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

Verify your shipping address

Check all possible delivery drop-off locations at your residence

Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package

Contact the courier using your tracking number to initiate a claim

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You may use this to monitor your delivery. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delays

We always aim to meet delivery timelines; however, delays may occur due to high courier volume, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Return Window and Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.

Both defective and non-defective products are eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue

Based on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days.

A confirmation message will be sent once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges
